Any attempt to register or operate multiple accounts — including under different names, mobile numbers, or through the use of proxies — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, apk3k reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your apk3k account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. You further agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate at all times.
Before depositing funds, making withdrawals, or participating in real-money gaming on apk3k, you must complete identity verification by submitting clear photographs of the front and back of your national identity document (CNIC). apk3k reserves the right to request additional supporting documents where verification cannot be completed from CNIC photographs alone. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your apk3k account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. apk3k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
apk3k processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. apk3k does not accept cash transactions, foreign currency transfers, or payment methods not listed in the Cashier section of the platform.
All deposits must originate from an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name and linked to the same CNIC used for your apk3k account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and Rs 500 for bank transfer methods. apk3k does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed only to accounts or wallets registered in the same name and linked to the same CNIC as the apk3k account. apk3k does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully KYC-verified, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied. apk3k reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals of significant amounts.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes during business hours. These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays in exceptional circumstances, including platform maintenance or additional verification requirements.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith — that is, for funds that were legitimately deposited, wagered, and/or withdrawn — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure. All funds involved in a bad-faith chargeback will be pursued through available legal channels.

Cricket betting markets on apk3k — including PSL, international series, T20 World Cup, and other cricket events — are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match abandonment, bets are settled in accordance with the platform's specific event rules, which are displayed on each market. apk3k does not guarantee the availability of betting markets on any specific event.
Live casino games on apk3k are operated by certified third-party studios. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome already determined by the game engine at the point of disconnection. apk3k is not responsible for disconnections caused by your device or internet connection.
Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available in the game's information panel. apk3k does not guarantee that any individual player will achieve the published RTP figure over any specific playing session.

apk3k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, apk3k will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the platform or the registered email address or mobile number on file. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of apk3k following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk3k holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the apk3k platform, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction.
You agree that before initiating formal arbitration proceedings, you will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the apk3k support team. apk3k will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
